Visit The Strip

Let’s be honest, you probably aren’t in Vegas for nature, or a history lesson. You want the glitz and the glam that comes with Sin City’s top casinos, and larger-than-life hotels. Take a walk down the strip and get lost in the excess. The strip is an absolute playground for adults, with something to do in every direction you look. Nightclubs, five-star dinners, and explosive performances are just a few of the things that dazzle the eye. It is also the home of the beautiful and most grand, Bellagio. It’s definitely one of the best Things To Do In Las Vegas!

Visit the Bellagio Hotel and Casino

Having stood strong with the sands of time the Bellagio Hotel and Casino has consistently been one of Vegas’s top resorts since it was built. It has an incredibly grand poker room with 40 tables and is one of the stops on the World Poker Tour. If you want to brush up on your skills and fancy yourself a poker player, this is definitely something you need to do. In a city where over-the-top is considered normal, the Bellagio stands above all else.

Watch the Bellagio Fountains

While you’re at the Bellagio Hotel, don’t forget to check out the Bellagio Fountains. They are a must-see on the Las Vegas Strip. They offer a beautiful synchronized water show with an ever-changing playlist, so you can almost be guaranteed you won’t see the same show twice. You can expect a show from 3 pm until 8 pm at 30-minute intervals and then from 8 pm until midnight at 15-minute intervals.

Hoover Dam

If you are having a slow day or would like to relax and enjoy less noise, take a little drive to the Hoover Dam. Why would you want to look at a dam? The Hoover Dam is a symbol of American pride and is quite a feat of engineering. Constructed in the 1930s during the Great Depression – it was the largest dam project in the world at the time. Although it no longer holds this title it still sees more than 1 million visitors a year. Today it is still amongst the top 20 tallest dams in the world. This is however only in the concrete gravity and arch category.

Grand Canyon National Park

The Grand Canyon is a beauty and somewhere everyone should visit at least once. This 277-mile long testament to nature’s power was carved out by the Colorado River and is more than a mile deep. It receives more than 6 million visitors a year and has an abundance of tours to cater to your particular interests.
